Frequently asked Questions

How do I login?

During on-line purchase you created an account - use your email and password to log in. If you have problems logging in, please contact us .

Do I need a new pass or can I use my old one?

When you purchased a pass your existing photo pass is reactivated. Please call 970-726-1564 to confirm the number of your active pass.

How will i receive my pass?

  • If you had a pass last season and purchase a new one for next season, your existing card from last season will be reactivated for the following season with the pass product you have purchased, even if it is a different pass product than you purchased last season. If you have not had a pass before, you will receive a new pass in the mail (A photo must be loaded to your account).
  • Passes are mailed starting in the fall, and your pass should arrive prior to the start of ski season. If your pass doesn't arrive in the mail prior to your first ski day, you can stop by guest services at both the Winter Park and Mary Jane base areas to collect your pass. Guests with pass products that contain access to Copper Mountain and/or Steamboat can collect their passes at those resorts as well.
  • Purchases of ski passes by first-time guests require your photo to print your pass. Create an online account to upload a head and shoulders shot (similar to a drivers' license/passport photo), or have your photo taken and pass printed at Winter Park Guest Services on your first visit. Online and telephone purchases of winter season passes are printed and mailed if you have a photo/liability waiver on file and after ‘final balance' payments have been processed.
  • Passholders with existing online accounts: please make sure your information is current to help us expedite your purchase. Online and telephone purchases of winter season passes are printed and mailed if you have a photo/liability waiver on file and after ‘final balance' payments have been processed.
  • International pass holders simply pick-up your pass at Guest Services at the start of your stay.
  • If you would like to change last year's photo, or the kids have grown and you'd like a different photo on their pass, upload new photos through your online account and then contact the Season Pass Office at 970-726-1423 to have a new pass issued. Photos need to be uploaded before September 1.
  • During an online purchase of a season pass, you signed your Release of Liability Waiver. For all phone orders you will need to log into your online account to complete this step. Parents/guardians need to log into their own account to access their minor child's account. If you need help adding or associating a child to your account, please contact us at 800.977.7669.

Please remember that in-season reimbursement is pro-rated and based on the amount of time the season pass was valid for use. An exact amount for your claim will not be determined until documentation has been received and reviewed. What is the Automatic Pass Renewal Program?

This year we are continuing the Automatic Pass Renewal Program. By selecting auto renewal during the check-out process you are ensuring that:

  • Your season pass is automatically renewed next season and
  • You receive the lowest introductory price on the next year's season pass.

How does the Automatic Pass Renewal Program work?

  • Select the auto renewal check box during this year's season pass purchase process.
  • Next year when we launch season pass sales, generally in March, we will automatically renew your season pass.
    • Your purchase will mirror this year’s purchase. For example if you purchased 4 Winter Park season passes for the 2016/2017 season your renewal will include a 4 Winter Park Season passes for the 2017/2018 season.
    • We will evaluate the ages of the passholders and will adjust the product purchases based on the passholder’s date of birth. For example, if this year a passholder qualifies for a Child pass and next year qualifies for a Teen pass the individual will be renewed at the Teen rate.
    • College and Military purchases are excluded from auto renewal as they require annual validation.
    • If you purchased insurance the year before your renewal will include the purchase of insurance.
  • $49.00 per pass will be charged to the credit card on file as an initial payment on the product launch date.
  • The balance due will be charged on or around September 15th.
  • Unfortunately we know plans can change, so if you wish to cancel your auto renewal please contact the season pass office by emailing seasonpass@winterparkresort.com or by calling 970-726-1423 before May 1. We will cancel your participation in this program and, if have already charged you, we will refund your purchase.
