Frequently asked Questions

How do I login?

If you created a new acount in the estore, use your email and password to log in. If you had an account on the old system, use your unique username and password to log in. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact us.

I am trying to renew my season pass but I couldn’t remember my old log in so I created a new account and I have no option to renew.

This is because the new account you created is not connected to your old account and does not know that you had a pass product in prior years. You can contact us for either your old login information or we can merge your old account with your new account.

Do I need a new pass or can I use my old one?

If you renewed your pass and purchased the same type of pass (e.g. Super Pass), then your existing photo pass is simply reactivated. Please call 970-726-1564 to confirm the number of your active pass.

When will I receive my pass?

  • If you renewed your pass and purchased the same type of pass as last winter, your photo pass from last winter is simply reactivated.
  • For new customers or purchases of a different type of pass; if you have uploaded a photo or have an existing photo on file, we will automatically print and mail your new photo pass beginning in September.
  • Need or want your pass earlier? You may also have your photo taken and pass printed at Trestle Bike Park shop in the Village at Winter Park Resort during our summer season. In fall our Front Range partners Christy Sports will also sell and print passes through early December.

How do I upload a pass photo?

To upload your photo click here, or go to the "My Account" tab on the main navigation bar. Select "Upload Photo" from the dropdown menu. Be sure to "Select the correct Family Member" and review the guidelines for images.

Where Can I View The Number Of Days I’ve Used My Pass?

To view your pass usage and also see what types of passes you’ve had in the past click here, or go to the “My Account” tab on the main navigation bar. Select “Pass Usage” from the bottom of the dropdown menu. Select the family member you want to view from the first drop-down box, then select the season - current or past, from the second drop-down box. Then view total days of use.

How do I access my friends and family passes?

To access your friends and family passes click here, or go to the “My Account” tab on the main navigation bar. Select “My Vouchers” from the bottom of the dropdown menu. You will be able to view and/or print your Friends and Family Vouchers on the next screen.

I have a medical issue and my doctor says I can’t ski/ride this winter. How do I get a refund?

  • If you have purchased Travel Guard season pass insurance, you can file a claim if you cannot use your season pass. Travel Guard reviews all claims on an individual basis. Travel Guard’s claims filing process is very simple. Please call our dedicated phone number, 866.370.0246, and provide your product code 008722 P1/P2 to get your claim started right away. 98% of claims are filed with a single phone call. Please remember that mid-season reimbursement is based on the usage of your pass, so an exact amount for your claim will not be determined until the documentation has been received and reviewed. Click here for more information about coverage, including restrictions on pre-existing medical conditions, acceptable reasons for filing a reimbursement claim and how to file your claim.
  • If you did not purchase season pass insurance, your season pass purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

I purchased a Winter Park Pass or Super Pass and would like to upgrade.

For upgrades to a Rocky Mountain Super Pass, please call 970-726-1423. If you wish to upgrade to a Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus, including 6 days at Steamboat, you’ll need to purchase the new pass in-person at a participating Christy Sports location or at Winter Park Resort Season Pass Office, then call 970-726-1423 to arrange a refund of your original purchase.

I am looking for a Copper Season Pass or Copper 4 pass but cannot find them on your website.

Copper only products are no longer sold through www.skicolorado.com and can only be purchased through Copper Mountain. Vist Copper's Season Pass site for more information.

How do I submit a liability waiver?

If you have any outstanding liability authorizations to sign you will see a summary window titled "Required Information" on the right sidebar.
